1. Expertise in launching new products, creating markets and its growth.
2. Appointing distributors/dealers in the new areas.
3. Maintains relations with farmers, distributers, institutions by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs, annual meetings, trade associations, Technical field visits and seminars.
4. Strategy planning, implementing, monitoring execution for sales and collection growth.
5. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures.
6. Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
7. Responsible to achieve assigned targets in the region.
8. Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
9. Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
10. Develop promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
11. Ability to participate in Govt. Tenders, complete Central and State Govt. Licence requirements.
