Qualification: Graduation is a Must

Freshers & Experienced are welcome.
B.E / BSC(IT) / BCA / BSC (CS) do not apply. 
Shift timing: UK Shifts: 6:30am to 4:30 am shift window (9 hr shift ) 2 days off 
Experience : 0-6yrs (Graduate only)

* This is a back office customer service role which involves email writing. 
* The role requires an individual to comprehend and articulate a query or complaint raised by the customer and should be able to provide an effective and accurate response to it.

* The individual should be flexible in meeting the dynamic nature of work.
* To provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
