About the role:

We are looking for

·        Direct B2B Outbound Caller: Appointment Setting with DM in US & Canada Markets

·        Must have proven successful track record in Appointment Setting

·        Must have STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS

·        Instant & Daily CASH Bonuses for every Appointment Set

·        Clear Quotas must be met:

o   Attitude: Must possess super positive energy

o   Approach: Must follow the Persuasio System

o   Activity: Must make cold calls for 5 hours

·        5.30 PM to 2.30 AM working hours.

Job Description:

·        Lead generation by Cold calling

·        Identify potential clients and set up appointments with decision makers        

·        To identify & understand the client's need & offer the best service

·        Responsible for entire sales cycle 

·        Prospecting customers and booking meetings

·        Follow up with potential customers through call/email

·        Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis.

·        Build Rapport with U.S Clients (be the face and build the brand of the company)

·        Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

·        Research the market to identify potential target customers

Education & Experience:

·        Real B2B Appointment Setting Experience targeting US market

·        Strong English communication skills (Mandatory) **Preference for US/UK Accent**

·        Strong sales skills and comfort in proactive sales calling to U.S.

·        Outgoing personality with strong inter-personal skills

·        Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
