Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining database of prospects
Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Sending the business estimates and scope of work to the leads
Making follow-up outbound calls to potential clients
Closing sales and working with client throughout the process
Collaborating with execution team for initiation of work
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Competencies & Skills required:
Commerce Bachelor’s degree
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
One to two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential clients
Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with execution team
Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
