Roles and Responsibilities :

● Extensive business development or sales experience in the Education arena.

● Must be from Higher Education background with Target-Driven Approach.

● Must have previous experience in dealing with educational institutions through product or services.

● Must have strong and influential connections in the Education Industry.

● Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.

● Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive.

● Strong negotiation skills, closing skills and diligent follow-up skills.

● Channel Management or Key Business Account management.

● Must be able to Define, Forecast Business and Activities for different Regions or Territory.

● Work closely with the stakeholders to develop and grow the sales pipeline consistently to meet quarterly revenue goals.

● Provide team leadership and coaching.

● Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements.

● Coach and help develop team members and help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
