Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for all Galileo and /or World span related calls for Fares,
Ticketing, Reservations, Airline support and Tech support.
Incident Management / Documentation of all call(s) based on their severity/resolution and/or escalation matrix followed with respect to the SOPs related to their flights & insure closure.
Fresher/ Experienced candidates can apply.
Freshers with travel/Ticketing diploma & good command over GDS (Any).
Candidates with good communication
Knowledge of any local language i.e. English, Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam is an added advantage.
Up-to 15,000/-CTC for fresher.
