·         Client:  Private Leading Hospital

·         Location: Kuwait in Middle East

·         Position: Messenger

Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:

·         Answer telephone and route calls; accurately record messages; and ensure appropriate staffs receive messages.

·         Sends and receives and logs fax, create, maintain, and produces files and schedules.

·         Log and distribute documents, letters, circulars, etc., between departments of the hospital.

·         Open, sort and route mail, and prepare outgoing items for mailing, including bulk mailings.

·         Delivers oral or written messages.

·         Photocopy documents, records, and general office material.

·         Maintain inventory of office supplies and order supplies as needed.

·         Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
