Skill Set :
candidate must have run a CS team for a company or should have managed part of it
- candidate should be capable of understanding and setting up a CS process
- should be able to give all metrics/reports needed by management
- should be able to orient the teams for continuous process improvement
- desirable if he/she has prior working knowledge of telecom operators, SIP and any experience with dealing in contact center software
