  • Work with assigned dealers/Channel partners for order followup & get orders        
  • Contact Zilla Parishad and other related agricultural agencies for farmer data collection  
  • Candidates should be flexible and willing to travel extensively (daily travel about 100 Km) to meet more tractor owners and farmers Marketing activities to boost sales & product branding          
  • Appoint dealers in the assigned area            
  • Order follow up with factory for on time execution

Sandhya Kamisetty

Sandhya Srinivas is an astute professional with a great sense for business. Started Swechcha Foods in 2009, that would bake and serve fresh 100 different breads every morning to families. This company now bakes speciality breads for Big Basket. Post the Bread Venture, Sandhya started a Restaurant that served affordable continental food. The USP of this restaurant was that it served that food that the customer wished and allowed the customers to create their own recipes. Both the ventures were created by Sandhya to use her strength in Logistics and customer focus. Sandhya holds a degree in commerce and a Post-Graduation in Business Administration from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore.

Bharath Kumar. M.R

With over 20 years of experience in managing revenue and supply chain solutions for large multinationals, Bharath has been instrumental in turning around legacy supply systems & processes using JiT, Kanban and VMI models. With in-depth domain knowledge of logistics and customer interaction management he has played a pivotal role at his roles in Essilor, Rittal, Lapp and Claas. In his last stint, he was the Head of Supply Chain Management at Claas India.

Ashok Kumar. V

With over 27 years of experience, Ashok is the quintessential man of sales & marketing. He recently served as the Country Head – Sales & Marketing at Pfannenberg India and under his leadership has seen revenue and user base multiply significantly. He has been instrumental in setting up front line sales teams, MIS systems, KPI’s for new markets, optimizing solutions for markets and driving brand and sales accountability across his tenor in various multinationals like Rittal, Pentair and Valrack.

Srinivas K P

Srinivas is part of the independent advisory team at PAAMA. He was most recently the President and Managing Director at CLAAS India and has been credited with – amongst others - launching a slew of new machinery in India and doubling its plant capacity. He has extensive experience in senior management roles across sales, product management, operations, technical and engineering services. He has also been the Managing Director of LAPP India, and has held various leadership positions in Rittal India.


Dr. T.R. Madan Mohan

Dr. Mohan is part of the independent advisory team at PAAMA. He is currently the Managing Partner of Browne & Mohan and was earlier the Director (Consulting) at Frost & Sullivan. He is an independent board member with Progressive Infotech Pvt Ltd, Quest Informatics, Maveric Systems, and Centre for Cellular & Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP). He sits on advisory boards of Srishti Software, eduCBA, Collaborative Infotech, Superseva, ProSIM, Bob e-procure and VXL Instruments. Dr. Mohan has also taught at IIM-B and universities in Canada & Australia. His papers and work have been published in multiple national & international journals and media houses.
