Generalist HR Manager
Job Location: Salem
Job Description: Generalist Human Resource Manager with 15 yearsor more experience who can handle union activities , Deep Understanding Labour law,Contract Labour,PF,ESI,Bonus,Gratuity acts,Minimum Wages Act,Knowledge on various Registers to be maintained like Accident Register,Muster Roll & Wage Register, Rgister of Fines,Register of Deductions,Register of Advances,Register of Overtime All Statutory Compliances ,Recruitment ,Training & Development ,Attrition Control and overall manpower management and solutions, must have a capacity to lead an HR Team. Must have an capability to maintain an HRIS system with Payroll management system in-corporated into the system.
-Must liaison various statutory bodies to maintain various registers like Muster Cum Wage Register, Overtime register,Deductions,Accident Reisters
-Liaison with local corporations & offices for smooth functioning of Labour & Work force.
- Negotiations with Labour unions must have practical exposure on labour law,Notices,agreements and handling labour issues and to solve them with ease
-Must take care of Labour contract activities & Register maintenance
-Must be able to fill candidate recruitment activities in time
-Must incorporate Training and Development activities for the work force improvement
-Must have the knowledge on Performance Appraisal System
Functional Area: Human Resources
Functional Role: Industrial/Labor Relations Manger
The candidates must have dealt with Generalist Areas of Human Resource functions like Labour Union Strikes,Resolving issues,Deep & Practical understanding of various Statutory compliances to deal with EPF,ESI,Gratuity & Bonus Act and Must have knowledge in maintaining various registers and factories act,Minimum Wages Act,Shops & Establishment act,,Payment of wages act . Must have Dealt with various labour union activities..
The Candidates Must have Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources like MBA or Equivalent and Must have PG Degree Master of Labour Mangement like MLM..
Experience: 15 - 20 years
Qualification: Post Graduate in Law with Master in Labour Management
