Manage end-to-end of the employee life cycle - on boarding, induction, leave, performance, employee engagements, L&D, exit etc
Manage recruitment and staffing process including preparing job postings posting open positions internally and externally and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new employee orientation and other training programs as needed.
Assist in the employee activities and functions to ensure a motivated and enthusiastic staff
Proactively identify gaps, scope for improvement in processes, to plug gaps & optimize processes & efficiencies
Communicate & ensure understanding to employees for laws, regulations and organizational policies
Manage queries of employees
Execute & monitor grievance & disciplinary policies & procedures to ensure fairness & consistency
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries
Design & execute programs that engage, motivate and support employees to perform at their best, in line with our vision of creating a truly unique culture that celebrates learning, innovation and performance.
