eSourceIt Technologies is looking for Business Development Executive to work in Chennai Office.
We are looking for fresher graduates as a talented Business Development Executive in demonstrable customer acquisitions.
1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales option. Devise and implement strategic plans to meet customer's demands.
2. Develop detailed territory plans. Monitor competitive activity and evaluate marketing campaigns.
3. Write copy for marketing material such as brochures and websites. Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials. (Optional)
4. Sells products/ services by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects; recommending solutions.
5. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
6. Identifies product/service improvements or new products/services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
7. Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
8. Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
9. Record sales and order information and report the same to the management.
10. Follow up on service and/ or product once the delivery has been made.
11. Manage marketing budgets and ensure that all marketing activities are managed within budgets.

10. Ensure perfect day planning & good reporting skills for growth
11. Help to meet financial targets as well as overall revenue targets
