· Channel Sales will be responsible for creating a robust Channel Partner (CP) and alternate channel network & increasing market penetration through them.
· The major challenges to this profile include building and controlling channel sales, enhancing the market share & retaining clients through them, maintaining channel efficiency & operational effectiveness.
· The critical skill sets required to meet these challenges are excellent communication & influencing skills, a strong local network, ability to resource new business, proactiveness, team orientation, high target & customer service orientation.
