Job Description :

Essential Responsibilities: 
1. All Secretarial assignments
2. Prepare And Edit Correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
3. Design and maintain databases
4. File and retrieve documents and reference materials
5. Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
6. Manage and maintain MD and COO schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
7. Create and edit presentations, documents and reports as required
8. Lead or participate on project teams related to a range of operational matters
9. Support the MD participation in staff meetings, departmental meetings, Senior Management Team meetings
10. Develop and maintain appropriate document filing systems, and ensure compliance with records retention procedures
11. Other duties as assigned by the MDs Calendar Management, Minutes & Follow ups
12. Must be good in letter drafting, writing minutes of the meeting.
13. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
14. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
15. Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
16. Answer and manage incoming calls
17. Receive and interact with incoming visitors
18. Liaise with internal staff at all levels
19. Interact with external clients
20. Co-ordinate project-based work
21. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
22. Coordinate with Team
23. Compilation of reports of Team on Weekly Basis.
24. Ad-hoc tasks required by the Company 
25. Delivering reports and MIS management
26. Delivering administration of Managements Office
27. Manage MDs scheduling, communication, and travel coordination.
28. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
29. Supervise, coach and train lower level staff.
30. Maintain confidentiality
