Product Ranges (Flat products viz HR/CRM//COLOUR COATED-PPGI).
Incumbent will be responsible for:
Responsible for Sales Volume, Collection, Statutory norms, Cost Management by line of Business & handling A/C of Major OEMs.
Responsible for Business plan on Annual basis on A/C of MOU with Respective Dealers / OEMs and assigned
The Targets on Prorated basis.
Channel management & development and to take key Actions as per market trends & organization guidelines.
Market intelligence and collection of competitive information / Explore new opportunity to enhance the business.
Responsible for Sales Volume, Product promotion, Branding, Cost management, Inventory Management by line of Business and handling A/C of OEMs / Trade business.
-Responsible for Achieving Targets on Market share in the Trading area/ Increase no. of Customers Every Month as per KRA
Responsible for Established norms for customer satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction.
Responsible for Control of Stock, Reduction in dead Inventory and Minimization of Product loss in Handling/ Storage. Ensuring all compliance related to government and statutory authorities like Excise, Sales Tax etc.
Maintaining business relationship with Steel Traders as well as with big steel consumption houses.
Work involves achieving sales target in assigned territory through effective
Implementation of sales strategies and brand promotional activities. Market intelligence and collection of competitive information
To keep very strong coordination on daily basis with Plant Operation /Logistics for execution of Materials on time.
