Hardware or networking knowledge will be preferred
Working knowledge in MS - Excel
Fluency in spoken Hindi, English is must.
One year or more experience in a call center environment

·  Respond to customer inquiries

·  Answer calls professionally

·  Research required information using available resources

·  Handle and resolve customer complaints

·  Enter customer information

·  Identify and escalate priority issues

·  Route calls to appropriate resource

·  Follow up customer calls where necessary
