Group is seeking to recruit National Service Manager to provide after Sales Technical Service Support from plant to both domestic and international customers through field service team. The candidate should be Engineering graduate and with extensive experience in leading the service activity of a medium enterprise in India. The position would report to the Business Unit Head.
ü Responsible to provide Technical Support to Customers through respective service teams
ü Responsible for the service and Spare parts business
ü Responsible for customer complaint analysis, corrective and preventive action.
ü Providing on line support for ERP related matters to service team
ü Manage training on products for service engineers, Team Leaders & customers.
ü He should be able to analyize the problem and provide solution
ü He should have good communication skills as have to provide online/remote support to international and domestic location.
ü Extensive travel both domestic and international at short notice
ü Efficiently to manage a pool of service engineers
Compensation: Around 8Lacs plus
BE / B Tech - Electrical or Mechanical
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Age : 32 to 40Years;
Experience : 10-15 Years on “Hands On” Experience of providing Technical Support in capital equipment/special purpose machine.3~5 years of experience in leading a service function will be an added advantage.
Knowledge preferred : Refrigeration circuit, Remote technical support on problem solving,
Key Managerial Skills : "Inspirational Leadership", "Effective Supervision", "Employee Engagement”
Key Behavioural Skills : Communication , Analytical, Teamwork, Networking with people.
