· Handling all online and offline cases with proper documentation
· Quality check of documents and updating the same in the system
· Getting the endorsements done with proper maintenance of records on system
· Maintaining daily MIS on pending & completed cases
· Timely response to queries and requests (Phone/email)
· Ensuring open queries are followed and escalated wherever required.
· Ensuring all the deliverables are attended and closed within the Standard TAT to optimize operational efficiency
· Good Communication Skills to handle internal and external stakeholders
· Proficient in Excel and keyboard skills to handle daily data entries with great accuracy
· Should have basic Analytical Skill.
· Should be able to take responsibilities on his/her own
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2-3 years (General Insurance preferered)
