Key Responsibilities-
· Should be responsible to understanding candidate’s requirements & short listing, matching skill sets through the existing databases, references, job portals (job posting, Sending emails), advertisements, etc.
· Should be responsible for place the right candidate at right job through Initial Screening of candidates & scheduling the interviews.
· Should be responsible to understanding the JD with the concerned hiring with all terms and conditions of our company.
· Responsible for Registration, counseling, handling candidate queries
· Counsel the candidates and give them right career option
· Handling telephone as well as walk in inquiries
· Should be responsible to convince the candidates.
Requirements-
Excellent communication skills mandatory.
Good Working Knowledge of Computer, MS Office.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, Agile, release often environment
Qualification & Experience
Female Candidate Only
Minimum experience 1-3 Year with same field
BBA/MBA/Other Graduation
