Customer Support Manager makes sure that the needs of their customers are being satisfied. Aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote the idea throughout the organization.
Customer Support Manager is responsible to organize the following:
1. Managing customer support team in lean and cost effective manner
2. Installation, commissioning and training at customer facility
3. Maintenance during warranty period
4. Service support during AMC and service calls
5. Remote support
6. Complaint analysis and recommendations for improvement
7. Developing service manual and training service engineers
8. Generation of service revenues
Required skills
1. Graduate with background of mechatronics/instrumentation
2. Should have field service experience of more than 5 years in similar product range
3. Good written and verbal communication
4. Candidate should be ready to travel
