Ensuring the pension cashbook for all schemes are reviewed every month and queried to Client if the control accounts have any balances. Ensure queries are sent in the prescribed format. Maintaining a master database on a monthly basis for all the queries sent in a month, the status of the query and the replies received on the queries. Ensuring that the journals are posted onto Sage Line500 and reconfirming that the queried balances have been dealt with. Monitoring the entire control account process to ensure that the timely queries are raised and control accounts cleared ASAP. Processing and analyzing the treasury calculations. Generate cash positioning and cash balancing report to understand the cash requirement. Processing calculations in the prescribed format or as advised by the client. Monthly Planning of treasury calculation as per investment dealing date, Contributions receipt date and the action date as per investment schedule. Ensure emails are sent to WWTW client as per monthly plan before processing the treasury calculations. Ensure treasury calculation is processed without any pending queries related to the schemes. All queries related to calc should be resolved before processing the calc. Presentations of all backup information on the calc sheet with proper information. Attend urgent client request or queries related to treasury calculation. Updating client database and local database. Proactive action to be taken for any discrepancies in the bank balance or forecasted payments. Weekly checking of virtual bank balance and highlight impending overdrawn report to client with proper reasons. Highlighting issues/difficulties faced while processing the calc to WTW client. Analyzing the investment strategies prescribed by WTW client and ensure the same is followed in the treasury calc. Updating all client checklists and master database. Sending queries and follow up of queries related to control accounts Managing the entire Bank reconciliation process and allied activities like cancellation of cheques, reversal of stale cheques and outstanding TTs Adherence to client deadlines of all processes. Coordinating with the clients with regards to the missing information and sending periodic or monthly status reports to the clients. Processing and analyzing the treasury calculations. Does all the QMS activities as assigned by the PM/Reviewer. Attending client calls and working/co-ordinating with the client Treasury manager and Team leader for process improvisation. Assisting in processing cash reconciliations & cash flows Assist the team in preparation and updating of training manuals and other documentation required under the ISO/ISMS certification Any other additional responsibility to commensurate with project requirements
