 Business Development Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 years

About the Role

We’re looking for a  sales professional who can build their own pipeline through social prospecting on Instagram and Facebook linked in google search, and turn conversations into booked demos and closed clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find new B2B clients via cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.
• Product Demonstrations: Run live or virtual software demos tailored to the customer's business problems.
• Pipeline Management: Track leads, calls, and deals accurately inside a CRM tool.
• Negotiation & Closing: Present proposals, answer technical or budget objections, and sign subscription contracts.
• Post-Sale Handover: Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Communication: Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-Driven: Track record of hitting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue quotas.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
