As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow GRC applications that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to understand governance, risk, and compliance requirements, translating them into robust, scalable solutions. Your role will involve continuous improvement of existing GRC modules, ensuring they stay up-to-date with platform upgrades and industry best practices. You will also provide support for high-impact incidents and user requests, delivering timely, high-quality resolutions while documenting all enhancements. In this capacity, you will help shape how our organization manages risk, controls, and auditability through ServiceNow’s powerful platform.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC applications and workflows

• Customize GRC modules such as Policy & Controls, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Compliance Management

• Integrate GRC solutions with other ServiceNow applications and external systems (e.g., ERP, SOAR, SIEM)

• Develop and maintain code using JavaScript, UiScript, UiPolicy, and AngularJS (if applicable)

• Create and manage data models, tables, and business rules for GRC data

• Perform impact analysis, testing, and debugging of GRC components

• Document design specifications, technical specifications, and user guides

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for GRC-related issues

• Participate in release management, ensuring GRC enhancements are deployed smoothly

• Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, new GRC features, and industry compliance standards

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 3+ years of experience developing ServiceNow applications with a focus on GRC

• Proficiency in ServiceNow JavaScript, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer

• Deep understanding of GRC concepts, risk management frameworks, and compliance regulations

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and outbound APIs

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control tools (e.g., Git)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment

• Track record of delivering clean, maintainable code in a dynamic, evolving platform

• Willingness to continuously learn new ServiceNow features, attend training, and earn relevant certifications.
