• Position reports to Branch Sales Manager / Zonal Head.
• Effective Strategizing of business and Territory development.
• Business development through effective sales and distribution.
• Achieving targets related to primary & secondary sales objectives.
• To develop and manage effectively sales distribution Network to meet business objectives.
• Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors after thorough screening, Activating low performing Dealers and unlocking certain key counters etc.
• Handling Key Multi brand outlets.
• Defend brand identity.
• Maintain commercial discipline in sales by proper & correct execution of sales & trading terms determined by the company.
• Receivables Management.
• Overall Hygiene of key customers. Providing Support for growing and nurturing the business (Eg. Below the Line Support, ETDs etc.)

· Planning marketing spends to meet brand and sales objectives
· Executing and negotiating spends across advertising mediums of TV,Print,Radio,Digital,Social Media and PR.

· Analyzing TAM data and other research reports to execute effective marketing campaigns

Desired Skills & Experience:
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a reputed FMCG company or Ad agency
· Must have experience with traditional media(ATL & BTL) but also digital+social media
·Ability to think outside the box to ideate innovative campaigns
·Good organizational and communication skills
·Exposure to Indian FMCG brands and international food brands
·Graduate, preferably with a MBA and/or Masters in Marketing
·Fluent in English, Hindi. Strong writing skills in English.
·Proficient with MS Office- Excel and PowerPoint
·Based in Mumbai
Qualification & Desired Skills:
·Bachelors or Masters degree in Food technology / Science / M.Sc. Organic chemistry
·3-5 years work experience in FMCG (Food) Industry
·Good understanding of ingredient application and composition of food ingredients
·Well versed with analytical procedures
·Good understanding of food equipment’s and safety standards
·Good communication and presentation skills
·Good analytical ability
·Health in line with food plant requirement...
