    End-to-end recruitment life cycle including requirement elicitation, developing job-descriptions, advertising in various recruiting channels, using job portals to reach qualified candidates, shortlisting, coordinating the selection process, conducting preliminary interviews, followup with candidates, negotiating offer, supporting the onboarding of new hires.
