    Prime Responsibilities:

    ·         Managing relationships with all existing Modern Trade and Ecommerce vendor

    ·         Order Generation and Execution

    ·         Mapping of new SKU's and executing new product launches

    ·         Responsible for growing sales

    ·         Placement of products on planogram 

    ·         Setting MBQ's

    ·         Fill rate fulfillment 

    ·         Follow-up of payments

    ·         Ensure good store level product exposure/placement

    ·         Travel to visit stores as and when required

    ·         Modern Trade sales data management and monitoring

    ·         Negotiating annual TOT’s

    ·         Planning and executing marketing promotions/offers

    ·         Liaison with local marketing and sales teams

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    ·Go-getter with an enthusiastic approach towards the job

    ·Must have established relationships with key buyers/modern trade executives in head office of stores such as Dmart, Reliance Retail, Future Group, ABRL, Walmart, Trent, Metro, Hypercity,etc

    ·Work experience of 4 years in dealing with key modern trade accounts in FMCG   (Food) category. Packaged food category experience preferred.

    ·Leadership qualities to build and manage a team

    ·Good communication skills

    ·Proven negotiation skills

    ·Graduate level education minimum. Post-graduate preferred. 

    ·Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi 

    ·Based in Mumbai

    1.Structured bundled offering of products and service to customer within the defined timeline.
    2.Penetration of saving Accounts on non liability customers.
    3.Ensure quality new acquisition from Resident/ Non Resident and adding more groups to the Classic customers.
    4.Utilizing the branch sales resources for optimal sales support.
    5.Sales of asset products like loans(personal, auto, home, educational).
    6.Selling of normal and super premium Credit Cards to the Classic customers.
    7.Enhance values within each of the customer groups.> Ensure that optimum levels of income generation product Group Holding is reached.
    Ensure that the customer group profitability is achieved.
    8.Ensure all classic customers within the portfolio are contacted once every month.
    Proactively raising eligible customers to the portfolio with the suitable income product.
    Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
    Recording Complaints as per the specified process.
