1. Desktop & Laptop Management ( Patch updation, troubleshooting SW & HW issues) [OS: Windows]
2. Network Management ( Configuration or troubleshooting of all Network related issues)
3. Printer Management ( Configuration and troubleshooting of all types of printers installed corporate network, changing of cartridges etc.)
4. Backup Management ( Transfer of Oracle backup to external storage devices and dispatch to offsite)
5. Applications Management ( Configuration/Updation/Deletion of Usernames & Passwords in Oracle ERP or any other application software )
6. Security Management ( Configuration of access permission for systems, files & folders and Active Directory management in RDCs Corporate network.
Ensure confidentiality of admin credentials for all types of resources.)
7. Mail Management ( Configuration/Updation/Deletion of Email IDs & Passwords, Distribution lists and address book updation in Email Server)
8. LCD projector – Configuration or troubleshooting
9. Co-ordination with support vendor for preventive maintenance, part replacement or site visit for attending issues at remote locations.
10. Filing of all documents related with IT Department.
11. Internal dispatch and routing of hardware or software to RDC locations.
12. Server & OS Management (OS Installation & Patch updation)
