We are looking for a Quality Analyst (Voice Based) for our Bangalore office
Experience :- 1 to 7 Years
The candidate will be responsible for doing the call audits for different voice process ( inbound, outbound and Underwriting). The primary responsibilities of a candidate is to conduct quality audits of calls, conduct Calibration Sessions, and participate in Coaching Sessions.
Need to do Quality checks of call center (Inbound/Outbound), Back Office operations, UW
Should be familiar with the audit sheet (Critical/non critical error)
Required to compile audit results of the team in excel.
Should be able to handle a team /mentor a team.
Should have at least 3 years of experience in transitional quality
Should have good aptitude, experience and knowledge of transitional quality.
Have knowledge of basic quality tools
Have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills.
Have good knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function
Have strong Analytic skills
Have an ability to lead associates and drive Quality culture on the floor
Have an ability to conduct Call audits for trainees during training and OJT
Be able to drive quality initiatives in the team
Be responsible for Audit Accuracy & Quality Improvements.
Have good time management skills.
