REQUIRE 20 SALES EXECUTIVES FOR A LEADING BROADBAND COMPANY

Only for Male Candidates  ( Two-wheeler and driving license is must)

Work location : Chennai

Purpose of the Role
Responsible for meeting sales target through the Assigned Projects

Role Description
1. Responsible to sell the company products / Services to targeted customers in the assigned number of projects
2. Responsible to attend to all enquiry calls with in TAT
3. Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned projects
4. Submitting Daily call reports to Team Leader
5. Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Brochure Distribution etc.,
6. Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition in Brown Field projects
7. Deliver agreed target ARPU increase for the year and agreed exit ARPU
8. Achieve agreed conversion of ISP service for all new activations
9. .Achieve agreed conversion on high ARPU ISP Package (Bmax 1110 & above) within all new ISP activations
10. Make sure the brand visibility across all the projects

Key Result Areas
Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets

Hiring Criteria
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is mandatory

Should have very good communication

MBA Fresher’s with decent communication and analytical skills can be considered

Fresher’s are also considered

Should be fluent in English and Tamil



Work Experience
1. 1 - 6 years of experience in Channel Sales/Institutional sales
2. Should have the ability to interact with government authorities or third parties
3. Should have experience handling multiple projects at any given point of time

4.Freshers are also welcomed.
