Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate with Branch Head for Lecture placement and teacher’s availability.
2. Inform students about Daily Time Table, Change in Schedule, Exam Time table and Extra classes.
3. Keeping records of Lecture Count and Time Table.
4. Maintaining a self dairy to note issues and concerns raised by students, teachers and parents and informing to Branch Head at the end of the day regularly.
5. Depositing and Maintaing a record of PDC’s and mailing the details to Account Department on a regularly basis. Raise the discrepancy regarding Bounce cheque to Branch Head and informing & taking follow up from Parents regarding payments of the dues.
6. Co-ordinating with Academic Co-ordinator for Exam Papers and Assignment Sheets and aswell regarding availability of Supervisor and Status of Paper Correction.
7. Maintain Reception Cleanliness and security of Keys.
8. Maintain Records of Bills and Receipts.
9. Aid in Admission Process and main stream the process of the Admission w.r.t Enquiry.
10. Data Calling and Fixing appointments for Enquiry/Admission process.
11. Aid in various seminars and tasks held at office place.
12. Be present for weekly meeting with completed reports.
13. Documentation of Supervisor, correctors and parent’s appointment records.
