Handling all outgoing and incoming calls and direct the calls to the concerned person.

Handling phone calls through EPABX Board System

Handling stationery, courier, mails.

Maintaining calendar

Attending queries and to inform concerned Department

Managing administrative activities like maintaining records,stationary & courier

Maintaining Register entry of the Guests

Co-ordination with other Branches as on when required.

Assisting the admin manager in planning and executing the events, Meetings and other activities in organization.

Providing Facility Services to the users against the service request.

Managing the lobby operations i.e. upkeep and cleanliness

Arrangements and booking of meeting rooms & conferences
