Job Description

Position: Team Leader/ Assistant Manager - Travel Operations (Male Candidates Only)

Location: Andheri East

Shift: Rotational Shift

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple teams’ operation on the floor. 
• Ensuring availability of staff is maintained above 98% across all allocated processes. 
• Ensure the Error rate is maintained below 1% of total turnover/volumes. 
• Ensuring critical to process level metrics in place. 
• Conduct new hire training on the existing processes. 
• Attending operational or quality meetings as per client schedule. 
• Ensure compliance and adherence to process and create awareness on the compliance across the floor. 
• Mentor and assist new hires and team. 
• Willingness to work for long and odd hours. 
• Report deviations and Act accordingly. 
• Proactively inform manager on challenges faced.
