We are looking for a Immediate joining candidates only.
· Should be willing to work in US timings (8.30pm to 6:30am IST)
· Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
· Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.
· Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
· Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
· Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
· Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.
The ideal candidate must have:
· Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
· Must have strong 1-4 years of end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience is required. (Preferably on C2C/W2)
· Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
· Must have good understanding and experience on end2end US IT recruitment.
· Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
· Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts.
· Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
· Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
· Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp).
· Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
· Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
· Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
· Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
· Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of IT positions.
· Experience in sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards etc
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
· Ability to successfully work on multiple client/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time.
· Must have a proactive approach to recruiting
