  • Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time
  • handle the complaints and enquiries of customers
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

Skills Required :-

  • Must be a quick learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to use the computer system
  • Confident in building a conversation
  • The desired candidate needs to have basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Typing skills of 20 words per minute with an accuracy of 85%
