· 5 years of experience in implementing supporting Oracle HRMS modules 11i R12 for US clients with 1-2 years of domain Experience
· Functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS spanning releases 12 with expertise in Oracle HR, Payroll, iRecruitment, OTL, OLM, Compensation workbench modules
· Experience in minimum 1-2 R12 implementation, upgrade or support projects
· Worked with Tier-1 companies or MNCs in the EBS area
· At least 2 years of experience Worked in US or Europe or any onsite customer locations for minimum of one year on implementation Development Upgrade
· Ability to demonstrate product capability POC to the client Manage client expectations
· Ability to work with Client, onsite offshore teams Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
