Processing SAP orders for: Orders confirmation; Supply confirmation; Third party vendors; Invoicing; Reporting Offering information to customers via e-mails/phone; Updating SAP regarding clients, supplies, pricing; Maintaining relations with logistics partners and informing customers regarding availability and deliveries; Creating purchase orders (POs) for the third party orders; Offering resolutions for internal updating requests: credit/ debit notes, reimbursements; Building a relation with clients and sales representatives; Checking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders (PO) and system information; Communicating with the warehouse and forwarders and efficiently manage the delivery process to ensure return of goods to the final recipient; Preparing the relevant documents for the orders (export, transport, customs, insurance); Preparing the invoices in a correct and timely manner; Daily monitoring the assigned portfolio; Solving issues regarding damaged goods, shipment delayed, etc; Managing any issues, looking for solutions along with all the parties involved; Escalating any problems, delays, inconsistencies; Maintaining the relation with banks, chambers of commerce, embassies and other institutions in order to certify documents Ensuring completeness of documents and fully archiving them; Handling complaints related to logistics and return transports; Proposing ideas for streamlining activities and taking part in projects to implement these ideas Desired Candidate: Candidate must have prior experience in Order Management Candidate must be comfortable with 24x7 shifts
