1. Sales Management: 

​             ​a) To achieve the​ ​targets set by the company.

            b) Distribution/channel management

2. To ensure retailing/invoicing of the region.

3. To ensure strategy implementation by the team – keep a tab on focus products performance, and give proper attention to all businesses within the JJHS portfolio

4. To build and nurture a motivated team.
