Graduate / MBA in Human Resource will be added advantage.
Experience: 7-12 years of experience in HR field, preferable in IT/ service industry.
Responsible for recruiting and developing high performing resources.
Develop the capability of functional heads and their staff; motivate them and act as team player.
Ensuring that appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are developed in each department,
collaborate with department heads and involve in performance improvement program discussion.
Accountable for implementing good corporate processes, working practices and cultural environment.
Evolving and implementing HR Policies and Procedures related to Talent Acquisition, Career Management,
Performance Management, Competency Management, Reward Management, Training and Development
and Corporate Communications.
Develop strategies and company policies to attract, retain and motivate key employees. Knowledge of
Human Resources planning/ HR Budgeting (Forecasting) will be needed.
Strong verbal and written communication, Decision making, Leadership, Problem-Solving People Skills.
