Job brief :-
• We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
• The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues,
• Complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
Sales Executive :-
• The Sales Executive is responsible for meeting sales goals set by the management as well as identifying potential clients and maintaining relationships. Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Gathering market and customer information
• Arrange meetings with potential clients
• Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers
• Add revenue to the company by selling to new customers
• Create and maintain reports
• Coordinate, handle and follow-up with channel partners, agents etc.
• Research and experimentation on new and innovative ways to sell
• Maintaining sales related data and creating reports to submit to superiors
Tele Caller Executive :-
• Tele- Calling, coordinating and speaking to Transporters/Manufacturing companies on phone.
• Regular follow-ups with prospective Transporters & Manufacturing Companies via email and telephone from the first inquiry to the time of registration.
• Generating appointments through database calls, emails, referrals etc.
• Responsible for counseling and registration of Transporters & Manufacturing companies for through various packages.
• Candidate with Experience in Tele-calling for various MNCs will be an added advantage.
• Freshers can also apply if they have excellent speaking & communication skills.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English
