Job Description:

As a product marketing and operation manager, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and schools) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for a specific feature set and its benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the organization and delegate work to people when you don't have time.

Responsibilities:

  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
  • Create product content(e.g. sales ennoblement documentation,case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
  • Find schools and meet with them to explain the product benefits
  • Maintain relationship with the school teachers and upper management
  • Assist members of our product team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
  • Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules; assigning employees; providing back-up.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards; training representatives; monitoring calls; surveying customers; evaluating outcomes
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
