Responsibilities and Duties
Handling Reception Area at Head Office.
Attending Calls and Transferring to the Concerned Personnel.
Managing and welcoming the patients. Ensure to make proper refreshment arrangement are made for visitors with the help of housekeepers.
Keeping the record of Attendance.
Maintaining the records of Couriers (Inward / Outward).
Maintaining and arranging for the Office Stationery.
Updating the telephone list on monthly basis.
Attending front desk customer queries.
Perform other administrative, clerical and back office duties as assigned from time to time.
Experience and Qualification
Required 12th PASS or Bachelor's Degree (any field).
3-5 years of experience in Front office and Admin Work. ( NOTE: Freshers are considered for Training).
