Manage end-to-end of the employee life cycle - on boarding, induction, leave, performance, employee engagements, L&D, exit etc
· Manage recruitment and staffing process including preparing job postings posting open positions internally and externally and scheduling interviews.
· Conduct new employee orientation and other training programs as needed.
· Assist in the employee activities and functions to ensure a motivated and enthusiastic staff
· Proactively identify gaps, scope for improvement in processes, to plug gaps & optimize processes & efficiencies
· Communicate & ensure understanding to employees for laws, regulations and organizational policies
· Manage queries of employees
· Execute & monitor grievance & disciplinary policies & procedures to ensure fairness & consistency
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries
· Design & execute programs that engage, motivate and support employees to perform at their best, in line with our vision of creating a truly unique culture that celebrates learning, innovation and performance
