Roles & Responsibilities: -
Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle
Responsible for handling interview.
Thorough screening applications for identifying quality candidates.
Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for all the candidates at all levels
Posting job descriptions on job portals and keep them updated all the time.
Build resume database for recruitment.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with Operation Heads accordingly.
Proficiency with employment interviewing techniques and Talent acquisition
Hiring experienced professionals across diverse competencies
Multi-tasking experience of Recruiting, Coordinating, Planning, supporting daily HR operational functions
Desired Candidate: -
1-2 years experience in HR recruitment
Must have Graduated
Good in communication skills
Desired Attitude:
Highly focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline-driven operations
Experienced in recruiting both contract and permanent positions
Skilled in head hunting using various social networking sites
Belief in teamwork, accountability and healthy relationship
Ability to learn quickly, adapt and implement the Firms policies efficiently
