Job Description :

Key Responsibility: 

  • Achieve conversion of B2C leads using effective customer counseling
  • Supporting the sales team in planning and executing of various online/ offline sales campaigns
  • Identifying key decision makers in educational institutes, banks, NBFCs and corporates; getting contact details of the decision makers through online search and by tele-calls.
  • Managing and updating the database of contacts & leads, on Excel.
  • Counselling FLIP customers and resolving FLIP customer queries, via online chat and email.
  • Supporting the sales team by other secondary research activities, as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate/Post Graduate (relevant work experience would be an advantage)
  • Minimum 60% in 10th & 12th, 50% in graduation and PG (if applicable)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft WORD, Microsoft EXCEL
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Hard working and able to apply his/her intelligence on the job
