· Identifying prospective participants, and support in the business acquisition process of new accounts
· Developing leads by conducting meetings & presenting customized presentations/ sales proposals to prospective clients, and support in closing new business opportunities.
· Interacting with them to sell exhibition space through preparation of action plans, PR, Branding, and positioning of the exhibition
· Drafting Proposals & Agreements by analyzing clients business/functional requirements & presenting business proposals to targeted brands on face to face meetings
· Providing input to the Department Head on effectiveness of various strategies, customers etc
· Participating in marketing meetings regarding changing attitudes of prospects and how to best reach them
· Staying informed on current events relating to business, and the world through magazines, newspapers, TV, websites, and other sources of information
· Branding and event specific online marketing related to participants, including posting on social media platforms by creating posts on sites like Canva
· Doing joint client meeting along with team members including price negotiations for deal closures.
· Assist in conceptualizing and planning of exhibition
· Pre-sales and post sales activities.
· Helping them with the servicing part in terms of handling their queries till the end of the exhibition
· Ensuring high standards of client servicing.
· Coming up with new ideas to make the show more exhibitors friendly
· Coming up with new ideas for optimizing revenue generation
· End–to-end exhibitors management including coordination on the event day
