Job Description

  •  Schedule staff, find substitute trainers, and manage daily calendar
  • Research about client
  •  Make business purchases and deal with vendors
  •  Schedule virtual/telephone meeting between clients and LedaTra
  •  Manage clients’ database
  •  Receive calls from clients making enquiries
  •  Email customers about our different services

Skills Requirements

  •  Must be a computer literate
  •  Knowledge of microsoft office package
  •  Emotional intelligence
  •  Communication skills
  •  Time management skills

Job Requirements

  •  University degree in related courses in administrative, customer management, business management, art , social science or commercial course
  •  One year working experience as administrative personnel or related position (virtual will be an advantage)
  •  Understand English
  •  Must possess/own a computer
  •  High speed wired internet service of 10 MBPs or higher (WiFi is not permitted)
