Responsible for end-to- end content and strategy for increasing the engagement rate across Social
Media channels i.e. Facebook, Twitter, G+ and Instagram.
• Single point of contact for entire Instagram promotions from strategizing, to launching, and driving
• Strategy and execution of Monthly Marketing calendar of posts along with suitable content for social
media channels i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google +.
• Data driven decisions and preparing reports based on engagement analytics and responses to various
social media posts and campaigns.
• Generate Leads - Planning and execution of contests for promotion and engagement across target
• Optimizing post frequency and content on social media platforms, analyzing sentiments, impact and
reach for the same.
• Using Social Media Analytics to study tweet effectiveness and its footprints for campaign optimization.
• Monthly campaign plan in line with the marketing calendar including the phases of planning, ideation
and execution by having a holistic picture of market environment factors, global and domestic trends and sales targets.
• Enabling the Business Manager & Nanigans to drive traffic on website and mobile site. Measuring their
effectiveness and analyzing reports using Google Analytics, Nanigans and ComScore.
• Design inputs on Omni Channel implementation.
• Business generation online promotions, managing product width and depth, webpage aesthetics, global online promotions.
