Shall be responsible for introducing & managing “A&N” in assigned territories.
Shall be responsible to appointing distributors as per the guidelines and compliances provided by Management.
Shall be responsible for building & channelising sales capabilities by partnering with Multi-brand outlets,LFS,SIS.
Shall be responsible for identifying and conducting sales promotion activities as and when required by dealer in accordance with management.
Shall be responsible to manage & lead the sales team.
Shall be responsible for training sales personal of dealers
Shall be responsible for maintaining complete records & MIS of sales as desired by Management.
Shall be responsible for tracking dealer visits with daily call report and send report to management as & when appropriated.
Shall be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and make contacts with prospective customers.
Shall be responsible for assisting dealers with inventory analysis and make suggestions for improving inventory.
Shall be responsible for noting competitor’s products and price points to Management.
Shall be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers through effective customer service.
Shall be responsible for maintaining regular contact with Account Executive assigned to territory, and work together to resolve dealer issues and improve sales
Shall be responsible for assisting with the annual marketing and sales plan development.
Shall be responsible for assisting in product packaging development and pricing strategies as needed.
Shall be responsible for recommending and implementing new sales strategies.
Shall be responsible for assisting logistics and distribution department to ensure optimal delivery for customers.
Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
