By spearheading brand development and corporate partnerships, you will be building and delivering powerful narratives for Green Batti, to communicate to our stakeholders and the world our grand vision. This will play an instrumental role in ensuring that existing stakeholders, which includes youth, colleges, NGOs, mentors and other program partners continue to remain engaged while new ones are continuously brought into the orbit of our company.

What you will have to do:

You will take brand ownership, and create strategies that take our brand performance to new heights. You will translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and communication campaigns for our multiple, diverse stakeholders. You will generate and execute communication strategies that grow our brand reputation, enhance stakeholder experience and drive continuous growth!


You will further make sure that all our digital presence across platforms- our website and social media pages are consistently curated with communication that demands incremental reach. You will therefore also build and foster relationships with various media and content platforms, both online and offline. You will find new and innovative ways to talk about Green Batti in a manner that reaches out to our diverse audience. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the communication strategy and campaign translates into the required collaterals and that there is seamless compliance with the brand guidelines as also with the overall vision of the program!


As part of your role, you will also take complete, hands-on responsibility to develop and execute GBP’s mentor recruitment strategy at scale. Towards this, you will lead creative development and create motivating communication that drives prospective mentors to ‘take action’, ensuring that 2000 mentors are carefully selected and brought onboard every four months. This will also involve developing strategic partnerships with relevant companies and delivering to them a compelling pitch that moves them to get their employees involved as mentors with our platform.


Further, you will measure performance of all communication and mentor recruitment processes and assess it against the established goals. You will also monitor market trends and analyse competitors’ activities to identify new opportunity. What we’re looking for:


  • Proven work experience in media/ new media/ brand/ advertising

  • Drive for results and excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

  • Proven ability for devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of the English language
