Job Description :

Pre Application Stage - Collect the geographical information of various villages or locations where BA has its operational area. Discuss and shortlist the operational area selection based on MACRO level parameters and indicate the villages / locations that can be processed for business sourcing.

Pre- Sanction Activities - Ensure Application check list is complete with all documentary requirements and the collection of the same by BA staff. Verification of Loan application (Completed Home Loan Booklet & SHG Booklet)and KYC Documents submitted by BA.

Sanction and Disbursement Activities - Issuance of acknowledgement of receipt of documents to the borrower. Issuance of sanctioning letter to borrower/co-borrower & SHG. Borrowers of acknowledgement of terms of sanction as per SPHM terms of sanction. Loan Documentation as per terms viz. Inter-se agreement, DPN, DP delivery letter , signature of guarantors in Home Loan booklet. 3 UDCs in the favouring Swarna Pragati by borrower or co- borrower. Signatures from Borrower, co- borrowers (if any) and SHG members. Creation of equitable mortgage by deposit of original title deeds and affidavits. The documents taken here are recital of mortgage and joint family declaration .confirmation of mortgage should be taken simultaneously once the charge is registered.

Post Sanction follow-up - Continuation of verification of utilization of fund and progress of construction till completion. Bring out any discrepancies in terms of changes from original estimate, plan, diversion of funds.

Other Activities - Attending to auditors and rectification of audit irregularities. Maintaining excellent rapport with local government officials & following regulatory requirements. Remaining aware of developments in the area of operations, that might affect the company. Conducting themselves in examplenary manner ,safeguarding company's image and interest. Follow code of conduct. Coordinate with Operations Dept (Nagpur) for any rectification and information. Coordinate the movement of loan files to centralised or local storage area of SPHM
